Join Pee Wee Audubon for this overnight campout at the group campsite at Ferguson Observatory in Sugarloaf Ridge State Park. Peewee Audubon has reserved the group campsite up at the observatory.
Our very special program will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will include a 20 -30 minute lecture and slide show (geared to kids).
After this presentation we will be split up into groups to be taken in to view various objects through the telescope. Each group will get several turns and we'll stay until everyone has seen as much as they care/dare to! The program includes a presentation by the Valley of the Moon Observatory Association.
Bring campsongs and warm sleeping bags for this special event! RSVP as attendance and parking are limited.
