| VOLUNTEER NEWS
Two valuable Madrone volunteers are stepping down. Dan Kahane, former Vice-President,
Co-Chair of the Program Committee, and knowledgeable advisor and consultant
on just about everything is taking some time off from the Bd. of Directors
to pursue other activities, mostly centered around his family.
And Sherrie Thomas, who helped organize the text for the Sonoma County Breeding
Bird Atlas, who served our Bd. of Directors as Secretary, and who has been
the Mail Order Clerk for the Atlas for the past 4 years, is moving to Southern
California.
We hope to have each one return with renewed strength and enthusiasm. And
in the meantime we wish them well, and thank them for thir devoted service
