Backyard Birding: Protecting Coastal Rocks, Islets

October 18 General Meeting "Audubon Canyon Ranch: What's New?" Greg DeNevers, chief naturalist at Audubon Canyon Ranch, is the speaker for Madrone Audubon's general meeting on Monday evening, October 18. Greg, who was known to many in Sonoma County as the resident naturalist at the Pepperwood Preserve, recently joined ACR and is involved with all of its preserves, including Bouverie Preserve near Glen Ellen, Bolinas Lagoon, and Cypress Grove on Tomales Bay. The meeting begins at 7:30 PM at the First Presbyterian Church, Ingram Hall, 1550 Pacific Avenue, Santa Rosa. There is no fee, and the public is welcome. |
