Walkabouts
Madrone Audubon urgently needs a volunteer to coordinate the leaders for its mid-week Walkabouts, beginning in September. We have many knowledgeable and willing people to lead the walks, but somebody has to schedule them, help work out the locations for the walks, and distribute the registration materials to the leaders. This is not a time-consuming job, but it is a very important one. The Walkabouts Coordinator is invited, but not required, to participate in MAS Board meetings. Interested? Hospitality
Needed: a few good people to welcome and register folks at monthly membership meetings and to organize refreshments for these events. There are only nine meetings per year, and always plenty of helping hands. Round up some friends and share the work! For more information, please call Jeff at 823-8290.

ACR Greeters
Judy Brinkerhoff thanks everyone who has volunteered to greet arriving guests at the Audubon Canyon Ranch Bolinas Preserve this spring. The only weekend that still needs volunteers is July 3 and 4. If you're willing to spend Saturday or Sunday at the ranchsee the heron and egret chicks as they fledge and learn to fly---please call Judy at 887-1500.

Laptop Computer Needed
If someone can lend Kathy Biggs a laptop computer with Power Point installed, for just one evening, she will do a program on "Dragonflies of California" at a monthly membership meeting next fall. If you can oblige, please contact Kathy at 823-2911 (email: bigsnest@sonic.net).
