Developmental Center Open Space Trip

Come with Madrone Audubon on a special field trip to the Sonoma Developmental Center near Glen Ellen, on Saturday, April 25. We will walk the open space area, including the portion that the State of California is proposing to lease for development as vineyards. Diane Hichwa will be our birding leader, and others familiar with the property and the State proposal will be along to discuss the issue. The trip will depart at 8:30 AM from in front of the SDC Administration Building. Take Arnold Drive to SDC and turn west on Harney Drive (the divided street). The Administration Building is at the end of the street. Bring a lunch if you want to stay into the afternoon. For further information, please call Diane at 579-1182.
