Madrone Decals Available
Handsome four-color decals for the car or windowpane (see illustration
at right) are now available from the Madrone Audubon Society. The design,
created by Santa Rosa artist Sandy Eastoak and prepared for production by
Malcolm Blanchard, is based on our Bewick's Wren logo. It is now available
at no charge to Madrone members and supporters at meetings, bird walks,
and other chapter events.
The decal is the "static-cling" type that involves no stickum
or soaking in water. Simply peel off the protective covering and apply the
decal to the inner surface of the window.
Sandy Eastoak is a fine artist devoted to cultivating environmental consciousness,
and her work may be seen by appointment by calling 545-0739. We thank her
and Malcolm for their volunteer work in producing the decal. |
