October General Meeting

Costa Rica--A Natural Richness is the topic of the October program, presented by Ken Wilson. Ken will focus on the biological diversity of Costa Rica, which is rich in bird and butterfly species. Ken leads nature tours to Central America, is co-chairperson for 'Partners in Flight', a neotropical migrant bird conservation action group, and a leader for Madrone's Beginning Bird Walk series. In addition to his birding experience, Ken is a co-compiler for Madrone Audubon's Christmas bird count.

The meeting begins at 7:30 PM, Monday evening, October 20, 1997, at the First Presbyterian Church, Ingram Hall, 1550 Pacific Avenue, Santa Rosa. As always, the public is welcome and there is no charge.
