Spring Lake, March 23
Don't you think it takes a day or two for a bird to start nesting in a birdbox? Well, I saw a swallow checking out a birdbox about 10 minutes after the box was put up by Pee Wee Audubon. Please join us on our next trip.

This was my first time coming to your club. It is fun, nice, and a good way to get outside and learn about all the things around us. My favorite things were putting birdboxes up and eating plants at Spring Lake. Thank you for teaching us!

A crowd of children put up homemade nesting boxes for the Bluebirds. We saw Swallows and Bluebirds. It was fun bird watching and going to the Visitor Center.
