Help our Chapter fulfill community needs for educationand conservation. All funds are used locally. Come test your skills and havefun! Here's how: Form your party--yourself and as many more as you like. Get sponsors to pledgea given number of cents or dollars per bird species you see and/or hear.Identify as many species as you can during any continuous 24-hour period duringFebruary. After your count is completed, notify your sponsors of the number of speciesyou saw and the money due. (It's a nice gesture to provide your sponsors with alist of your birds.) Have them make their checks out to Madrone Audubon Societyand send them to you. When all monies have been collected, send them, along with a list of thesponsors, to Bob Burness, Treasurer, at MAS, Post Office Box 1911, Santa Rosa,CA 95402.
