The May 1998 issue of the Leaves contained a readership survey requesting feedback from subscribers. A total of 135 forms were returned, out of approximately 1,800 printed. The editors wish to thank those who took the time to fill out the survey and would like you to know that your feedback and suggestions will be used as a guide in preparing future issues.
